        Russia attacks port infrastructure in Odesa region, killing two

        Russian forces have again attacked port infrastructure in the Odesa region and civilian shipping. Ukraine’s Ministry for Communities and Territories Development reported this.

        The blast wave damaged trucks at one of the ports. Two drivers were killed.

        Two more people were injured and received the necessary medical treatment.

        A civilian merchant vessel sailing under the flag of Saint Kitts and Nevis was also damaged in the strike.

        A fire broke out on board but was quickly extinguished. No crew members were injured.

        The ministry said Russia continues to deliberately attack civilian ports, vessels and logistics infrastructure, posing a threat to the safety of global shipping.
