Cloudy weather with clear spells is expected in Ukraine on Sunday, 16 November. According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Centre, light rain and wet snow are possible in the north-east at night. During the day, light precipitation is forecast in the western regions, as well as in Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, and Kyiv. Rain will be moderate in the Carpathians. No significant precipitation is expected in the rest of the country.
In the southern regions and in the Carpathian foothills, fog will form in some places at night and in the morning. The wind will be mainly easterly, 5-10 m/s.
The air temperature at night in the north will range from +2 to -3 degrees, during the day — +3…+8°. In the rest of the territory, it will be +2…+7° at night, +6…+11° during the day, and up to +14° in the south.
In the capital and the Kyiv region, it will be cloudy with clear spells. No precipitation at night, light rain possible during the day.
The wind will be easterly, 5-10 m/s. Temperatures in the region: at night from +2 to -3°, during the day +3…+8°.
In Kyiv, temperatures are expected to be around 0° at night and +4…+6° during the day.
