Russian dictator Vladimir Putin said he sees no point in direct negotiations with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, but is allegedly ready for them and considers Moscow “the best place” for a meeting.
This was reported by the propaganda agency TASS.
According to Putin, it is currently “impossible to reach an agreement with Zelensky” on key issues. At the same time, he said that Russia allegedly “guarantees the safety” of the Ukrainian president in Moscow.
He also threatened once again that if foreign troops appear in Ukraine, they will become “legitimate targets” for the Russian army.
At the same time, he added that “if long-term peace is achieved in Ukraine, foreign troops will become meaningless.”
