After a power outage caused by shelling of Ukraine on 10 October, power supply was restored in Kharkiv.
‘All consumers in Kharkiv and the Kharkiv region are now connected after the latest massive attack on Ukraine’s power system,’ Kharkivoblenergo reported.
After the night strike on Ukraine on 10 October, emergency power cuts were introduced in Kharkiv according to a schedule of ten stages.
