On the night of June 30, Russian troops attacked the Kharkiv region, Ukraine with attack drones. The head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported on the consequences of the shelling.
According to him, explosions were heard in some parts of Kharkiv at night. Residents were urged to stay in safe places as the threat of repeated attacks by kamikaze drones remains.
Several settlements in the region were hit the hardest:
- с. Pisochyn (Kharkiv district): a drone strike caused damage to the building of a service station and a fire. Initially, it was reported that there were no casualties, but later four people sought medical assistance. The victims are being provided with all necessary assistance.
- с. Kurortne (Chuhuiv district): a civilian building was damaged by a drone hit and a fire broke out.
- м. Dergachi (Kharkiv district): a building was damaged as a result of a drone’s “arrival” and subsequent fire.
“There is no information about the victims in Kurortne and Dergachi,” said Syniehubov.
Regional authorities continue to clarify the consequences of the night attack.
