Over the past evening and night, Russian troops launched a massive attack on Ukraine, firing more than 170 drones, of which more than 100 were Shaheds. This was reported by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on social media.
Dnipro, Kyiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Khmelnytsky regions were the most affected. In Dnipro, the aftermath of the strike lasted all night. According to preliminary reports, four people were killed and 21 others were injured, including a pregnant woman.
Residential buildings, a hotel and restaurant complex, garages and a service station were destroyed and damaged in the city. Destruction was recorded in each of the regions under attack.
Zelenskyy thanked everyone who is helping the victims and eliminating the consequences of the shelling and stressed that Russia continues to wage terror because it still does not feel enough pressure. The President called on the partners to take concrete actions that could strengthen Ukraine and deprive the occupiers of resources to wage war.
