        Massive attack on Kharkiv: one dead and at least 15 injured

        On the evening of 29 March, the Russian army launched a massive attack on Kharkiv with attack drones, presumably of the Shahed type. At least six explosions were heard in the city, Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov said.

        According to the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, Oleh Syniehubov, the strikes hit several districts of the city, including Shevchenkivskyi and Kholodnohirskyi. One of the drones hit a private house, killing a person.

        According to the latest reports, the number of people injured in the attack has now reached 15, including children. Ten people have been hospitalised, one person is trapped under the rubble, and rescue operations are underway.

        The strikes damaged multi-storey residential buildings, a shopping centre, a medical facility and an office building.
