Kharkiv was attacked with guided bombs — explosions were heard in the suburbs and in the city, with the initial strike hitting the Shevchenkivskyi district. This was reported by the city’s mayor, Ihor Terekhov.
According to him, the strike hit one of Kharkiv’s busiest roads. Several cars caught fire as a result of the explosion, and there are casualties. There are also reports of casualties, the number of which is being clarified.
