The next, 36th meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group in the Ramstein format will take place in early September 2026. The meeting will be held online.
This was reported by Suspilne, citing the UK Ministry of Defence.
Earlier, British Defence Secretary Wes Streeting, during his first visit to Kyiv after being appointed to the post, said that after the September Ramstein meeting he planned to convene the Contact Group again in early October.
“So that we can build momentum and provide Ukraine with the necessary support ahead of the cold winter,” he said.
The previous, 35th meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group in the Ramstein format took place on June 18 in Brussels. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy personally took part in it.
