The analysis of fragments of the Russian S-70 “Okhotnik” UAV shot down on October 5, 2024 near Konstantinovka in Donetsk region showed that Russia, despite international sanctions, uses Western-made components in this weapon.

This was reported by Ukrainian intelligence, publishing the evidence on the War&Sanctions platform.

The C-70 “Okhotnik” was found to contain microelectronics and technological components manufactured by companies such as Analog Devices, Texas Instruments and Xilinx-AMD (USA), Infineon Technologies (Germany) and STMicroelectronics (Switzerland).

The total cost of this drone is about 15 million dollars.

The intelligence also recalled that the C-70 is capable of carrying UMPB D-30 aerial bombs, which Russian forces use to attack Ukraine’s civilian infrastructure.
