Amid the escalating situation in the area of Velyka Novosilka, Russian occupation forces are trying to strengthen their positions, DeepState reports.

The enemy captured the village of Blahodatne, levelling the eastern part of the front line to Razdolne. However, the enemy’s attempts to break through to Novyi Komar, an important logistical point for Ukrainian forces, were repelled. The defence forces conducted a sweep, driving the occupiers out of the village, but the assaults did not stop, and enemy groups continue to try to penetrate the settlement.

The enemy has also become more active south of Velyka Novosilka, in particular in the area of the Vremivsky ledge. After the occupation of Rivne and attempts to advance in the area of Novodarivka, the enemy is trying to take control of Makarivka, which remains under the reliable protection of the Ukrainian military. In particular, attempts at enemy infantry attacks, even with the use of motorcycles, have failed. Russian troops are trying to bypass Makarivka from the rear, using the direction through Blahodatne.

On the outskirts of Velyka Novosilka, the occupiers are actively building fortifications in an attempt to gain a foothold. At the same time, they continue to attack the positions of the Defence Forces, in particular between Rivnopol and Makarivka, using infantry and equipment.

The Ukrainian military is taking all measures to hold back the enemy. As a result of the Defence Forces‘ strikes, some of the occupiers’ equipment was destroyed. However, the situation remains tense and the enemy’s pressure continues.

The defenders continue to fight heroically for every piece of Ukrainian land, countering the enemy’s attempts to break through the defences and strengthen their positions.
