Police are investigating an explosion in the Sloboda district of Kharkiv, the Kharkiv regional police reported.
It has been preliminarily established that an unknown explosive device detonated near the main entrance to the administrative building of the territorial police department.
The incident took place on 8 December at around 17:00. The explosion damaged the facade of the building. No one was injured.
Specialists from the police explosives department and the investigative team are inspecting the scene. The persons involved in the crime are being identified.
The issue of opening criminal proceedings is being decided.
