Last night, March 27, Russian forces attacked Kharkiv with strike drones. As of this morning, eight people are known to have been injured.
This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region.
One of the strikes hit a nine-story residential building. The strike caused partial damage to the interior structures and the balcony of an apartment on the top floor, without causing a fire.
As reported by Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov, the victims are experiencing acute stress reactions.
State Emergency Service units, including rope rescue teams, bomb disposal experts, and psychologists, were working at the scene.
