Russian troops launched targeted strikes on the energy infrastructure of the Donetsk region again in the morning, leaving the region without power. This was reported by the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin.
According to him, specialists have already begun repair work and are doing everything possible to restore power as quickly as possible. The final extent of the damage and the timing of repairs have not yet been determined.
Filashkin added that the region’s ‘points of invincibility’ continue to operate, where residents can warm up, charge their devices and use the internet. Updated information on the restoration of electricity supply will be provided later.
