Belgorod region governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said rolling electricity outages are possible following a night-time attack on the city. There were no casualties, but damage to property and vehicles was reported.
According to Gladkov, debris from intercepted missiles caused “trash to catch fire” in the city. Windows were shattered at a commercial site, with its roof and facade pitted, and two cars damaged. In the village of Tavrovo, the body of a passenger car was scarred, and in the settlement of Dubovoye the roof of a private house was pierced.
Local channels reported a possible strike on the Luch thermal power plant, though this information has not been confirmed.
The governor later clarified that rolling power outages are possible as a result of the attack.
