On the night of 27 June, Russian occupation forces attacked Ukraine with 371 air strikes.
According to the Ukrainian Air Force, the main target of the attack was the city of Starokostiantyniv in the Khmelnytskyi region.
In particular, the enemy used:
- 363 strike and simulation UAVs;
- 2 Kh-47 M2 ‘Kinzhal’ aeroballistic missiles;
- 6 ‘Kalibr’ cruise missiles.
According to preliminary data, as of 09:30, air defence forces destroyed 365 enemy air attack vehicles – 217 were shot down by firepower, 148 were lost due to location:
- 211 enemy UAVs were shot down, 148 were lost due to location/suppressed by electronic warfare;
- 6 Kalibr cruise missiles were shot down.
‘Direct hits by enemy air attack weapons were recorded in 3 locations, as well as the fall of shot down (debris) in 8 locations,’ the Air Force added.
