At around 11:00, Russian forces carried out an air strike on the town of Kupyansk.
The strike damaged private houses, apartment buildings, outbuildings and destroyed 15 garages. A 61-year-old man was wounded.
According to the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, during the shelling, power wires fell on two passers-by, a man and a woman. A fire broke out, killing both of them on the spot. The bodies of the victims were badly burned, their identities are still being established.
According to preliminary data, the attack on the city was carried out using KAB-1500.
