The Russian airstrike partially destroyed the bus station building, damaged a gas station, nearby buildings, and several vehicles.

Police, rescue workers, medics, and municipal services are operating at the strike sites. Authorities are setting up a reception point to register reports of property damage and other consequences of the attack.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy commented on the strikes:

Right now in Zaporizhzhia, our rescuers, medics, police officers, and all services are helping after the Russian bomb strikes. Aerial bombs hit the city, ordinary residential areas, the bus station, and one of the clinics. Unfortunately, there are injured people. Everyone will receive assistance. I thank each of our State Emergency Service workers and all services for responding so quickly and for always saving lives under any circumstances.
