This was stated by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy. According to him, the results were reported by Major General Yevhenii Khmara.

Zelenskyy said the operation was carried out jointly by the Security Service of Ukraine, Unmanned Systems Forces, Special Operations Forces, military intelligence, and border guards.

The strike hit a Karakurt-class missile ship, a patrol boat, and another tanker from the shadow oil fleet. In addition, the oil terminal infrastructure sustained significant damage.

The president stressed that each such result limits Russia’s war potential.

He also said he had approved additional responses by the Security Service of Ukraine to Russian strikes on Ukrainian cities and villages.

Zelenskyy added that Russia can end the war at any time, and prolonging it will only lead to an expansion of Ukraine’s defensive operations.
