Attack drones struck the shopping mall in two waves. About half an hour after the first hit and the ensuing fire, Russian forces carried out a second strike targeting rescue services.
“Such strikes are simply a terrorist attack. And the world must respond accordingly — with real pressure on the aggressor,” the president said.
Zelenskyy stressed that Russia must face real accountability for peace to be achieved.
“For peace to be possible, Russia must face real accountability,” the president said.
