On Saturday night, Russian troops launched a drone strike on Zaporizhzhia. This was reported by Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration.
According to him, the attack partially destroyed an ATB supermarket. Published photos show significant damage to the building. According to preliminary data, there were no casualties or injuries.
The State Emergency Service specified that the strike took place at around 11 p.m. A fire broke out in the store, covering an area of about 50 square metres, which was quickly extinguished by rescuers. Two cars and neighbouring buildings were also damaged.
This is not the first attack on the city in the last 24 hours: earlier, the Russians hit a civilian infrastructure facility, leaving nearly 9,000 subscribers without power.

Zaporizhzhia remains one of the targets of Russian attacks. In early September, the city was already subjected to massive shelling by drones and missiles, damaging residential buildings and energy infrastructure, and causing civilian casualties and injuries.
