What does Kostiantynivka look like now?

Soldiers of the 93rd Brigade Kholodny Yar continue to defend the villages south of Kostiantynivka and prevent the occupiers from entering the city.

‘As long as it is still possible to record the insane destruction that Russian occupiers are inflicting on the city of Kostiantynivka, we will continue to record and show it to the public,’ the brigade said in a comment accompanying photos of modern-day Kostiantynivka.

This is what the ‘liberation’ of the city by the invaders looks like: aerial bombs are being dropped on Kostyantynivka, destroying entire neighbourhoods. The constant buzzing of enemy UAVs forces pedestrians to freeze under trees and roofs. And new craters from artillery shells appear where a few hours ago there were smooth roads. The roads themselves are littered with burnt-out cars and destroyed ground robots. Fresh graves appear between the houses — locals are burying their dead neighbours, whose bodies they were unable or did not have time to remove.

According to local authorities, there are still about 4,300 residents in the city, including children whose parents refuse to evacuate them.
