Taisiia Fedorova, a student at Kyiv Lyceum No. 49, successfully passed the DALF C2 exam at the age of 15 — the highest level of French proficiency under the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Ukraine’s National Register of Records recognized her as the youngest Ukrainian to officially confirm this level of proficiency.

Earlier, at the age of 14, Taisiia also received a Cambridge B2 First (FCE) certificate in English with a Grade A, corresponding to the C1 level.
She began studying French at the age of six. She has been learning programming for almost as long and has chosen not to give up either of these interests.
Taisiia has mastered 3D graphics and UX/UI design and is currently studying Fullstack Development, building full-cycle web applications — from user interfaces to server-side components and databases.
Her projects include an application for analyzing code repositories with interactive visualization of links between files, as well as several team projects in which she served as team lead for groups of ten people.
She has also completed Harvard University’s CS50x course — an introductory computer science course — receiving the maximum score for every assignment.
Taisiia plans to specialize in artificial intelligence development in the future. In her free time, she practices speed-solving the Rubik’s Cube.
The 15-year-old record holder’s achievements combine her interests in languages, technology and programming.
