Ukraine and Finland sign a loan agreement

Minister of Finance of Ukraine Sergii Marchenko and Minister of Foreign Trade and Development of Finland Ville Tavio have signed a framework agreement on the implementation of projects for the restoration and development of Ukraine, which will be financed through the Finnish-Ukrainian Investment Fund (FUIF) program.

This was reported by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.

Under the terms of the agreement, loans of up to EUR 50 million are planned to be allocated in 2025. The grant part will be at least 35% of the total cost of the projects, which will provide favorable financing conditions.
