Ukrainian defenders have successfully attacked the area of concentration of Russian troops in the city of Toretsk, Donetsk region. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to the General Staff, on 21 March, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck the positions of the 1st Separate Guards Motorised Rifle Brigade of the enemy’s 103rd Motorised Rifle Regiment, which were located in a shelter and basement.
As a result of the strike, the location of the Russian troops was completely destroyed. Enemy personnel were destroyed, including air assault groups and UAV operators.
The General Staff noted that the results of the strike are still being clarified. At the same time, it is noted that the elimination of personnel and shelters of Russian troops will significantly reduce the combat capability of Russian army units in the Toretsk sector.
