On February 17, in the city of Kostiantynivka, Donetsk region, the occupiers fired an FPV drone at rescuers who were bringing water to people.
This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
“The enemy specifically targeted the driver. Two rescuers were wounded and taken to the hospital,” the statement said.
The condition of the victims is assessed as moderate. The water tanker was damaged.
