The Cabinet of Ministers has allowed companies to rebook employees through the “Diia” portal without the mandatory 72-hour wait. The innovation will be valid from January 22 to March 1 for companies that have the status of critical infrastructure.
According to Mykhailo Fedorov, Minister of Digital Transformation, employers can now submit lists of employees for booking in advance, avoiding breaks between the end of the previous term and the issuance of a new one.
By February 28, companies must update their criticality status by submitting the relevant documents to the relevant government agency (Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Digital Transformation, etc.)
It is recommended to check the company’s status and prepare employee lists in advance to avoid delays.
