Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko reported on Telegram about her meeting with U.S. President’s Special Representative Keith Kellogg, where security guarantees for Ukraine were discussed.
According to her, true security lies not only in the military component but also in political resilience and economic strength. A particular emphasis was placed on the issue of critical minerals and industrial assets that Russia is attempting to exploit in the temporarily occupied territories. Svyrydenko stressed that it is unacceptable for their extraction or trade to be legalized.
She added that the American side sees prospects for cooperation with Ukraine in investments, recovery, and new technologies, particularly in drone production.
