A 48-year-old woman who had been in extremely critical condition following the Russian strike on Sumy on July 11 has died in hospital. The death toll has risen to six, while another 44 people were injured.
This was reported by Oleh Hryhorov, head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration.
“Doctors fought for her life for three days, but the injuries proved too severe,” the statement said.

According to police, over the past day Russian forces carried out 66 strikes on the Sumy region using various types of weapons. Four people were injured, and residential buildings, vehicles, educational and cultural institutions, as well as civilian and critical infrastructure facilities, were damaged.
