Russian forces attacked industrial facilities in Kryvyi Rih with Shahed drones on the morning of July 12. Two people were killed in one of the strikes, while a second attack sparked a fire.
Oleksandr Vilkul, head of the Kryvyi Rih Defence Council, reported the consequences of the attack.
According to him, a Russian drone struck an industrial facility before dawn. Two people were killed in the attack.
The facility itself and nearby infrastructure were also damaged.
At around 8:00 a.m., Vilkul reported another Shahed drone strike on an industrial facility in the city. A fire broke out at the site.
An emergency rescue operation was launched. There was no immediate information about possible casualties from the second strike.
An air raid alert remained in effect in the city, with the threat of further attacks continuing.
Public transport, hospitals, social institutions and other municipal services in Kryvyi Rih continued to operate.
