Russians killed a policeman’s wife and daughter in Dnipro

The wife and daughter of a policeman were killed as a result of the occupants’ strike on a two-storey residential building in Dnipro, the National Police said.

The youngest daughter of the investigator was saved. The National police expressed deep condolences to the colleague on the loss of relatives.

According to law enforcers, the residential building for eight flats was destroyed to the ground from the hit of the Russian missile.

‘A total of four people were killed in Dnipro, another 20 injured. Among those who were under the rubble was the policeman himself and his entire family. The man and the youngest daughter were saved. The girl was hospitalised, while the policeman, despite being concussed and injured, remained at the site of the rocket attack and helped with the removal of the rubble while continuing to search for survivors,’ police said.

‘Unfortunately, there was no miracle. During the search operation, rescuers pulled out the policeman’s wife and 14-year-old daughter with no signs of life.’
