On the morning of 16 April, Russian troops attacked the central district of Kherson with guided aerial bombs and completely destroyed the Favorit Arena ice rink.
It began operating in 2009 and became the home of the Dnipro hockey club.
In addition, the attack damaged a supermarket, civilian cars, private and apartment buildings. So far, one man has been reported dead and three wounded.
