On the night of 6 March, Russian occupation forces attacked Ukraine with 2 ballistic missiles and 112 drones. Air defence forces destroyed 68 Russian drones.
This was reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units and mobile fire groups shot down drones in Kharkiv, Poltava, Sumy, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Dnipro and Odesa regions.
Another 43 UAVs were lost in the area. The military did not report any missiles being shot down.
The attack affected Kharkiv, Sumy, Odesa and Dnipro regions.
