Russian forces carried out a missile strike on Kharkiv. Several powerful explosions were heard in the city.
Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov said that an enemy strike hit a critical infrastructure facility in the city’s Industrial district.
Kharkiv Regional Military Administration head Oleh Syniehubov said that one person was injured in the attack. Medics are providing the injured person with all necessary assistance.
