At least four people were killed as a result of a Russian strike, probably a guided aerial bomb on the Osnovyanskiy district of Kharkiv.
This was reported by the mayor of the city Igor Terekhov.
“The strike came to the private sector: two houses were destroyed, and about 20 – received various degrees of damage,” – said the mayor of Kharkiv.
Now at the site of the enemy strike, rescue work is underway, the rubble is being dismantled to identify possible victims. According to the head of the regional military administration, Oleg Sinegubov, there may be more people under the rubble, particularly children.
