Russian forces attacked Chernihiv on October 28. The strike hit a veterinary and animal sterilization center. Three women were injured, one dog was killed, and several other animals were hurt.
The attack was reported by the Chernihiv Regional Police and the Chernihiv City Council press service.
At around 4:00 p.m., Russian forces attacked Chernihiv with a “Banderol” drone. Three women aged 59, 40 and 18 were injured in the strike.
The attack damaged the municipal enterprise “Krok do Tvaryn,” a veterinary and animal sterilization center.
According to the city council, the strike damaged the facility’s buildings, including shattering windows. One dog was killed, while another dog and three cats were injured.
