On October 8 at 10:00 a.m., Russian forces struck Kramatorsk, hitting two scheduled buses. Twelve people were killed and 14 others were injured.
The Donetsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported this.
According to preliminary information, Russian forces used a UMPB D-30 SN munition in the attack.
The full consequences of the strike are still being established.
A pre-trial investigation has been launched into a war crime under Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
