On the night of October 29, Russian forces attacked a civilian enterprise in the Sarny district of Rivne region. The strike caused a fire and killed a man.
This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
Rescuers quickly arrived at the scene and extinguished the fire.
Other emergency services were also working at the site.
