A hospital in the Ukrainian city of Kherson has suffered significant damage following a Russian artillery attack, according to Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
The strike shattered more than a hundred windows, damaged the building’s facade, and destroyed hospital wards. Eight people were injured in the attack—five patients and three medical staff members. All are currently receiving necessary medical care.
Emergency crews from the Kherson Regional Emergency Rescue Service and the municipal utility “Parks of Kherson” are already on site. Specialists are working quickly to clear debris and repair damage to restore the hospital’s operations as soon as possible.
