Russian army continues to conduct incessant meat assaults, – Syrsky

Russian troops continue to carry out incessant assaults in the Donetsk region, suffering significant losses. The enemy’s daily losses amount to about 1700 soldiers.

This was stated by Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi.

“I worked with the units and subdivisions that are defending Donetsk region. This is one of the hottest areas. The enemy does not stop massive attacks, suffering record losses. Over the past week, the daily losses of the invaders amount to about 1700 killed and wounded. In total, since the beginning of the year, this figure has reached 427 thousand,” noted Syrsky.

He said that the following steps were discussed with the unit commanders:

• increasing the effectiveness of fire strikes on the enemy;
• holding the positions held;
• ensuring uninterrupted supply of ammunition and drones;
• Strengthening of the forward units.

Special attention is paid to providing medical units and improving the evacuation of the wounded.

“Our goal in this area is to destroy the enemy and its reserves as much as possible. We continue to strike the occupants incessantly,” the Commander-in-Chief summarized.
