Today, on October 28, the enemy struck energy facilities of critical infrastructure in Konotop district of Sumy region.
According to the Sumy regional military administration, the enemy used “Shahed” UAVs for the strike.
The administration also added that as a result of anti-aircraft battles, the air defense units of the Army and Air Force of the AFU destroyed six enemy Shaheds.
In Sumy on the morning of October 28, there were power outages. “Elektroavtotrans” reported that trolleybus traffic in the city was disrupted due to the power outage.
