Russian occupation forces have struck port infrastructure in the Odesa region.
The strike was carried out with a ballistic missile with a cluster warhead, according to Odesa Regional Military Administration head Oleg Kipper, speaking on a televised marathon broadcast.
Among the victims is a truck driver. The identities of the others are being established.
Rescue and investigation services are working at the site of the attack.
Russian drones also attacked Odesa on the night of 3 July. The attack took place at around 3 a.m. The drone strikes damaged civilian infrastructure, including residential buildings.
