“On the eve of the start of the heating season, the enemy has struck again at the Ukrainian energy sector,” the company said.
This is the fourth large-scale attack on DTEK’s coal enterprises in the last two months. The energy company emphasizes that such attacks are aimed at destabilizing Ukraine’s energy system ahead of the cold season.
