        Russia killed 19 people in Ternopil, among 66 wounded — 16 children (updated)

        Today, November 19, at around 7:00 a.m., Russians attacked Ternopil and the region with strike drones and missiles. Two residential high-rise buildings were hit, causing fires and destruction.

        This was reported by the National Police of Ukraine.

        According to the State Emergency Service, 19 people were killed as a result of the combined Russian strike on Ternopil. Another 66 were injured, including 16 children. Emergency services rescued 45 residents.

        Residential high-rise buildings, as well as industrial and warehouse facilities, were damaged. Large-scale fires broke out.

        There was also a strike on an industrial facility. An investigation has been launched under Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
