        Russia attacked Kyiv and the region overnight: three people killed, including a child

        On August 8, fires broke out in two districts of Kyiv as a result of a Russian attack. In the Brovary district of Kyiv region, three people were killed, including a three-year-old child, and three more were injured.

        This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

        In the Holosiivskyi district of the capital, fire engulfed garages in two separate locations with a total area of 1,000 square meters. A non-residential building containing cardboard also caught fire. The fires were contained, and extinguishing operations are ongoing.

        In the Obolonskyi district, a fire broke out on the premises of an enterprise. The fire was extinguished. Information about casualties in Kyiv is being clarified.

        In Kyiv region, in the village of Pukhivka, a two-story private residential house caught fire as a result of the attack. The fire destroyed the house, two gazebos and two passenger cars.

        Three people were killed, including a child born in 2022. Three more people were injured.

        A fire also broke out on the premises of an industrial enterprise in Pukhivka, where a warehouse building caught fire. Rescuers continue working at the scenes.
