On the evening of April 14, Russian forces attacked Cherkasy with strike drones. The attack resulted in the death of a child, and there are other casualties.
This was reported by the head of the Cherkasy Regional State Administration, Ihor Taburets.
An eight-year-old boy died in Cherkasy from injuries sustained during the attack.
Nine more people were hospitalized, including a child. Three local residents received medical assistance on the spot.
At least four high-rise buildings were damaged by the falling UAVs. An inspection of the area is ongoing.
