        Peskov confirms Russia’s readiness for talks with Ukraine in Turkey

        Russia agrees to hold another round of talks with Ukraine, which may take place on July 23-24 in Turkey.

        This was announced on July 21 by Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov, who was quoted by Russian propaganda media.

        This morning, the Turkish edition of Independent Türkçe, citing diplomatic sources, reported that technical consultations on prisoner exchange, humanitarian aid, and protection of infrastructure could take place in Istanbul. Peskov confirmed Moscow’s readiness to participate in the talks and noted that the composition of the Russian delegation would not change.

        Earlier, on July 19, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy also announced the preparation of a new round of talks, emphasizing the need to strengthen the negotiation dynamics.
