On 26 April, Russian troops carried out 3,077 attacks along the front line and in residential areas in Donetsk region, according to the regional police.
The shelling affected 15 settlements: Bilytske, Dobropillia, Kostiantynivka, Lyman, Rodynske, Siversk, Novoeokonomichne, Oleksievo-Druzhkivka, Drobysheve, Zoria, Ivannopil, Kryvorizhzhia, Nikonorivka, Novovodyane, and Serhiivka.
As a result of the shelling, 69 civilian objects were damaged, including 40 residential buildings.
In Novookonomichne, enemy shelling killed one person and wounded four others. In Kostiantynivka, ten strikes were recorded, killing two civilians and wounding seven others. Two apartment buildings and 20 private houses, an administrative building, five cars and six non-residential premises were destroyed.
In Zorya, Russian aircraft dropped three KAB-250 air bombs. As a result of the attack, one person was killed, another was injured and eleven houses were damaged.
In Nikonorivka, four civilians were injured and a car was damaged as a result of an FPV drone strike. In Siversk, one person was wounded and a private house was destroyed as a result of artillery shelling.
In Serhiivka, a shop, a medical facility, a cultural centre and non-residential premises were damaged after an air strike with a KAB-250 bomb.
In Rodynske, a private house, an infrastructure facility and a car were damaged as a result of strikes by three drones. Three aerial bombs were dropped on Oleksievo-Druzhkivka, damaging a house, a business and a car.
In Drobysheve, shelling from a Smerch multiple rocket launcher destroyed two private houses.
The police, together with the Security Service of Ukraine, have opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of the laws and customs of war) on all these incidents.
