On Thursday, 20 November, the weather in most regions will be determined by atmospheric fronts. According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Centre, rain will fall in the southern regions at night and in the eastern, most central regions, the Carpathians and Transcarpathia during the day. No precipitation is expected in the rest of the country.
The wind will be mainly south-easterly, 5-10 m/s. The temperature at night will range from +2 to –3 degrees, and during the day it is forecast to be 4–9° above zero. It will be warmer in the southern and south-eastern regions: 3–8° above zero at night, 11–16° during the day, and up to +19° in Crimea. In the Carpathians, it will be 3–8° below zero at night and 0–5° above zero during the day.
In Kyiv and the region, cloudy weather with clear spells and no precipitation is expected on 20 November. The wind will be south-easterly, 5–10 m/s. The temperature in the region will be +2 to –3° at night and 4–9° during the day. In the capital, 0–2° below zero is forecast at night and 4–6° during the day.
