The number of people injured in the Russian missile strike on Lviv on July 30 has risen to 31, including three children. Three people may be trapped under the rubble of the destroyed building.
This was reported by Head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration Maksym Kozytskyi.
Rescuers freed nine people from under the rubble of the damaged five-storey building. Most of them were hospitalized, and none suffered critical injuries.
The oldest injured person is believed to be 93 years old. The youngest is a six-year-old boy who was hospitalized with fractures to two limbs.
As Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovyi clarified, 13 people remain in hospital, one of them in serious condition.
The attack damaged 21 buildings, a kindergarten and a school. On Vyhovskoho Street, the warhead of a missile that failed to detonate was neutralized.
